The whole idea behind the low budget plans you’re seeing appearing on Horizon Hosting’s order form is to (1.) Introduce our hosting to people that don’t have the budget for our other packages, (2.) Allow consumers to see if their site will work at minimal loss if it doesn’t and (3.) Exclude us from the stereotype of $1/$2 plans are asking for trouble with service, reliability and so on.
