What’s more, we will create a “fade effect” … we ask in the next 24 hours not to update any website content, as the fade effect will occur that your viewers won’t recognize any change of server, neither will you experience any downtime. Almost like a fail over.

Alright, so we’ve gone crazy 
Horizon Hosting has made HUGE changes to ALL plans! It’s crazy, check this out, prices have stayed the same, but the resources have jumped. There are several plans that have had their resources doubled! That’s huge! I bet those people who were looking at upgrading got to stick to their plan, and budget just a while longer.
For example, our budget plan has booooomed from 300MB disk space and 1GB bandwidth TO 2000MB disk & 50GB B/W! Let alone, our $1 plan went up from 100MB disk, 1GB B/W TO 1000MB disk & 10Gb B/W!
And you guys thought we were kidding when we say on our site that you always win at Horizon Hosting!

I’ve seen so many websites, selling things- even hosting, that have sites that look terrible, makes me think of classifieds to be honest.
The one thing that you don’t know for sure, with all their cluttered content, and slack design, do these companies make money? From the consumers’ mouth is the words that matter for this debatable subject.

The whole idea behind the low budget plans you’re seeing appearing on Horizon Hosting’s order form is to (1.) Introduce our hosting to people that don’t have the budget for our other packages, (2.) Allow consumers to see if their site will work at minimal loss if it doesn’t and (3.) Exclude us from the stereotype of $1/$2 plans are asking for trouble with service, reliability and so on.

Horizon Hosting decided to revolutionize the stereotypical idea of the ‘oh so popular’ $1 web hosting plan. Usually consumers have this idea of bad service, downtime, liquidation and rogue-hosts associated with $1 plans, yet they seem to sell very well.
We are definately not trying to blow our good brand, but instead we’re opening a new class of hosting: $0.95/month hosting!

I am flabbergasted that you get people that want to start a web hosting business, majority who do not have the kind of capital to actually purchase their own server, technicians, support staff, and what have you… So they settle for the next best thing, reseller hosting – and together with their choices, most of these entrepreneurs seem to choose the cheapest way possible and receive bad service, and in the end give the company a bad review…

The title of each page is very important to good search engine ranking. It should be about 60 – 70 characters long and describe the content of the page. It is not necessary to include the name of the website within the title of the page. The title is shown in search results and should therefore be used to entice visitor to click the link to your site.
The meta-description is also important to good search engine ranking. This should be about 140 characters long, describing the contents of the page and be easy to read.
The keywords meta tag are ignored by many search engines. Use for common misspellings of words on the page.
